Suguru Geto’s True Identity is Revealed in ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’

The second season of ‘Jujutsu Kaisen’ is coming to an end, with only one episode left to complete the current arc and say goodbye to what began last July. The last week of the year will serve as a farewell to the series for the time being, and the last few episodes will live up to what has been the entire arc of the Shibuya incident so far. A madness that completely changed Gege Akutami’s work.

One of the most mysterious characters in the series is Suguru Geto, who was Satoru Gojo’s best friend and was supposed to have died after the events of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, but the series keeps showing him with a strange scar running from side to side across his head. A few chapters ago, it was confirmed that it was not Geto, but an invader who had taken over his body. It was thanks to an image of the head being opened and an animated brain that we learned that a fearsome and unknown enemy was indeed behind all of this, and it is in this final chapter that his true identity is revealed to us.

This revelation came about thanks to Choso, a hybrid character who is a half-cursed ghost and half-human, and who, after discovering that Yuji Itadori is somehow his brother because they share a parent, decides to return to the battlefield to defend him. There he encounters the supposed Geto, who Choso claims is both his and Yuji’s father, and whom he accuses of being Noritoshi Kamo, a revelation that stuns everyone present.
