The first trailer for ‘Agatha All Along’ shows that witchcraft is getting stronger in the MCU

After a long wait and a rotation of names since the announcement, we finally have the return of Agatha Harkness and her new coven.

It’s been almost 3 years since ‘WandaVision’ was the first MCU series on Disney+. A lot has happened since then, and one of the show’s most impressive twists was the revelation that Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness was the evil witch who caused much of Wanda’s pain and suffering in a giant magical spell. We were left wanting more Agatha (and, of course, her catchy song) and finally, after many name changes, and a delay in its release window, we have the first trailer for this series.

Horror and witchcraft are coming to Disney+ this year

The world we got to know through ‘WandaVision’ is growing, and while the MCU hasn’t done much in the way of horror, it’s good to have Kathryn Hahn back after the great work she did in her debut. From what we’ve seen in the trailer, ‘Agatha All Along’ will take a closer look at the world of witchcraft, as well as the strange relationship Agatha has with Rio Vidal, portrayed by Audrey Plaza.

Along with the trailer, the official description of this series was also released: “The infamous Agatha Harkness finds herself down and out of power after a suspicious goth teen helps break her free from a distorted spell. Her interest is piqued when he begs her to take him on the legendary Witches’ Road, a magical gauntlet of trials that, if survived, rewards a witch with what they’re missing. Together, Agatha and this mysterious teen pull together a desperate coven, and set off down, down, down The Road.” Also, we have a first poster:

‘Agatha All Along’ will premiere on Disney+ on September 18 with two back-to-back episodes.
