The latest Android update brings very bad news for Samsung Galaxy S25 and S24 devices
Owners of these devices should be aware of a major security vulnerability that has been exposed.

Samsung is facing a new wave of criticism for the delay in the February security update and the arrival of One UI 7 with Android 15 for the Galaxy S25 and S24. While Google’s Pixel devices already received the most recent security patch, Samsung users are still waiting idly, and most worryingly, according to Forbes, that update does not include a fix for a critical vulnerability (CVE-2024-53104), which is already being exploited in numerous malicious attacks.
The recently released Galaxy S25 only has the December patch, adding to complaints about the brand’s update process. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S24 could receive the February patch before the stable version of One UI 7, which, while improving security, is still frustrating for those waiting for the new features of Android 15. In addition, a new One UI 7 build has appeared on Samsung’s servers, suggesting that the rollout could begin soon, with the Galaxy S23 being the first model to receive it. For its part, the company has warned users who are in the beta to update to the latest version to avoid problems when migrating to the final version.

List of devices compatible with One UI 7
On the other hand, there are speculations that iPhone prices in the United States could increase due to trade policies, which would benefit Samsung in the market. Meanwhile, the South Korean company has confirmed the list of devices compatible with the One UI 7 customization layer, including models of the Galaxy S, Z, A, F and M series and several Galaxy Tab tablets.
