The new ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Hashira Training’ movie now has a release date in the US

The new Demon Slayer movie, ‘To the Hashira Training’, will connect seasons 2 and 3 of the anime, with Crunchyroll and Aniplex handling its arrival to the US.

We have great news for fans of ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaibat’. Crunchyroll has just announced that the new anime film, ‘Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - To the Hashira Training-’ already has a release date in theaters in the US. It’ll premiere on February 23, 2024 on select theaters across the country.

The film will cover the end of the Blacksmith’s Village Arc and will serve as a prologue to the third season of the anime (Hashira Training Arc), which will premiere in spring of 2024. It is true that this arc only lasts 9 episodes in the manga and dedicating an entire season to it generates some skepticism, but look on the bright side: that also guarantees that we will have another one dedicated entirely to the Infinity Castle Arc.

The return of Tanjiro and the Demon Slayer Corps to the big screen after Mugen Train is once again thanks to Crunchyroll, which between that and Jujutsu Kaisen 0, is becoming much more than our favorite anime platform. Here you have the first trailer for the “To the Hashira Training” movie.
