The new spin-off of ‘One Piece’ starring Nami and Robin already has a release date
An adaptation of the novel of the same name is to be released this summer.
‘One Piece’ has a particularly intense 2026 in both the manga and the anime. Eiichiro Oda’s work is going through a moment of great narrative weight in its original format, while the animated adaptation is preparing to release its new season model in the coming months. Added to this is the return of the live-action series with its second season. However, the news doesn’t end there: a new spin-off of the anime already has a release date.
This is ‘One Piece: Heroines‚’ an adaptation of the novel of the same name that will premiere on July 5 in Japan, although there is no official confirmation of its release outside the country at this time. However, it is possible that, as with ‘One Piece Fan Letter,’ the spin-off may be available internationally through Crunchyroll.
The women of One Piece take center stage in the new spin-off
This new spin-off project follows in the footsteps of previous spin-off productions by focusing on high-quality animation. It is directed by Haruka Kamatani, with a script by Momoka Toyoda and character designs by Takashi Kojima.
