‘The Simpsons’ pays tribute to the great endings of some of the most famous shows in history

The 36th season opener of ‘The Simpsons’ offers a hilarious spoof of finales such as ‘The Sopranos’ and ‘Breaking Bad’.

Some legends refuse to leave television. ‘The Simpsons’ entered their 36th season with the comedy that has defined them since day one. Their characters dressed up as some of the most popular faces on the small screen to create some very funny spoofs.

Specifically, they interpret the season finales of shows like ‘The Sopranos’, ‘Breaking Bad’, ‘Succession’ and ‘Game of Thrones’. More than a parody per se, what we find is a tribute as only ‘The Simpsons’ know how to do. inside the first chapter was released last September 29.

Season 36 of “The Simpsons” returns to its usual length

Season 36 plans to maintain the usual length of the series’ content frames. From Season 2 through Season 34, it stayed around 20 and 25 episodes. Season 35, however, dropped to 18 episodes. The main reason for this was the writers’ strike. For the first time in its 30-year history, the show was affected by such an interruption. With the return of stability in both the movies and the show, everything now points to a return to the path we have become accustomed to.

While you wait for the new episodes, you can access the entire catalog of seasons as part of the Disney+ subscription. A membership, by the way, that will soon increase in price, following in the footsteps of other subscriptions that have done the same with their modalities.
