This is what Starfield looks like in the new Imagine Dragons original song for Microsoft

Imagine Dragons have joined the ranks of other famous artists who have composed a new original song exclusively for Bethesda’s upcoming game, Starfield.

Collaborations between musicians and videogames are nothing new and have become increasingly common for anniversaries or upcoming releases. This time it is the turn of Imagine Dragons, who, through an alliance with Bethesda and Microsoft, will prepare us for our next trip to the stars in Starfield.

A song that takes us to the stars

Titled “Children of the Sky (a Starfield song)”, Imagine Dragons takes us for a trip to the skies, with lyrics inspired by the themes and ideas of Starfield, while the music video (which you can see below) shows us some of the aspects and scenarios of the game.

Imagine Dragons’ presence in video games is no stranger. From songs in soundtracks of sports games, rhythm games, trailers, and even a series of collaborations with events and Riot Games products, such as the song “Enemy” for the animated series Arcane.

Stafield, one of the most anticipated titles of the year

Starfield is just around the corner, and the hype is already building up there with this year’s big names like Baldur’s Gate 3 and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. But when will we get to play it?

Starfield has two release dates. The Standard Edition is planned for release on September 6 on Xbox Series X|S and PC. However, those who reserve the Premium Edition (or the Constellation Edition) on either system will be able to start playing from September 1. Yes, as you read: five days before everyone else.

As expected, it is one of the titles that will be available Day 1 on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass, so if you are subscribed to one of these services, you will be able to play it without any problems.
