Vampire Survivors is being adapted into an animated series

Super Mario Bros., Sonic the Hedgehog, The Last of Us... We live in such a fruitful time for video game adaptations that beyond the most popular names of the moment, we can celebrate a new one that will not leave anyone indifferent:Vampire Survivors! That’s right, the most popular bullet heaven game of last year will get an animated series.

We do not know when we will be able to see it, nor have plot details been revealed, but when we see who is behind it, we have reason to be excited: Story Kitchen, a company founded by Derek Kolstad (writer of John Wick) and Dimitri M. Johnson (producer of the Sonic: The Hedgehog movie), among others. The company is in charge of the Splinter Cell series on Netflix. A Johnson who, by the way, ensures that the team has really been “hooked” on Vampire Survivors.
