Fans of Final Fantasy VII can get ready to reunite once again with Cloud, Tifa, Aerith, and company. Whether you’ve been playing FF VII Remake to your heart’s content, or you’re already a master of the piano thanks to the recently released demo, you’ll want to get your hands on it. If you still haven’t decided which edition is right for you, or you’ve forgotten when it’s coming out, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.

Let’s take a look at the three editions confirmed so far, what each will include, their pre-order bonuses, and when it will be released.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Standard Edition

The Standard Edition of this game, it’s just the game. Maybe the pre-order bonus extra, but that’s it. You can find it digitally or on the physical edition.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Deluxe Edition

The Deluxe Edition of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth really has some extras, like the classic Art Book and SteelBook case (in the physical version, of course). However, if you want to buy it from the Square Enix Store, it’s already out of stock.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Collector’s Edition

The definitive version of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is an amazing edition, although it is now impossible to get on the official Square Enix store, so if you ever happen to find one online, get it:

  • Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Deluxe Edition
  • Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Static Arts - Sephiroth - Approx. 48cm / 19inch statue depicting the iconic antagonist Sephiroth in highly detailed sculpting. The wing can be detached.
  • Moogle Trio Summoning Materia (DLC) - A summoning materia that can call “Moogle Trio” in the game.
  • Magic Pot Summoning Materia (DLC) - A summoning materia that can call “Magic Pot” in the game.
  • Accessory: Reclaimant Choker (DLC) - A choker with an effect of restoring HP when an enemy is defeated.
  • Armor: Orchid Bracelet (DLC) - A bracelet that gives courage to traverse an expanding world.

What are the Preorder bonus for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Those who pre-order the game will receive a Midgar Bangle Mk. II armor, a bracelet worn by travelers leaving Midgar. In addition, those who have a save file of the previous game (already on their PS5) will receive the following special offer:

  • Final Fantasy VII Remake (PS4 / PS5) - Summon Materia: Leviathan
  • Final Fantasy VII Remake Episode INTERmission - Summon Materia: Ramuh
