The ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ event is now available in Fortnite, and it has brought with it four new mythic weapons based on the four elemental powers from the series - water, air, fire, and earth. While it is possible to find these weapons randomly all over the map, a specific way to get them is by going to the new Elemental Shrines. Below you will find all the information you need to obtain these powerful items and win the coveted Victory Royale:
All the locations of the Elemental Shrine of ‘Avatar’ in Fortnite
The Elemental Shrines of Avatar: The Last Airbender are new locations on Fortnite’s island that have appeared as part of this new collaboration. Inside, we can find containers that house the mythic weapons of ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender:’ Waterbending, Earthbending, Firebending, or Airbending. These are all their locations:
As you can see in the image, there are four different types of Elemental Shrines: Water, Air, Fire, and Earth, and in each of them we can only find the corresponding Mythic Weapon. This is what each one looks like:

Avatar Mythic Weapons in Fortnite: What does each one do?
The mythic weapons in Avatar: The Last Airbender can be found randomly both on the ground and in chests around the island, but the surefire way to get them is to go to the corresponding elemental shrine. There are four in total, and here’s what each one does:
- Waterbending: Give your opponents the cold shoulder by hurling sharp, icy projectiles! Also, with this technique in your inventory, your Health will steadily restore up to 100 while you’re in water.
- Earthbending: Summon chunks of earth to hurl at foes or use them to create defensive barriers.
- Firebending: Produce flames to launch arcs of fire towards foes, or slam down from above in a fiery explosion.
- Airbending: Harness the air around you to enhance your mobility. Use “air wheel” to traverse great distances, or “air jump” to launch yourself and nearby players into the air.
All of these mythic weapons have unlimited ammunition, but must be reloaded like a firearm after prolonged use.
