Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom completed to 100% by surprise fan Suda51, creator of No More Heroes
Goichi Suda, better known as Suda51 through his work on games like No More Heroes, shared his huge achievement of the summer: completing all of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
By now it’s no secret that The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a game with an insanely large amount of content that requires spending hundreds of hours to see it all. Well, one of the video game developers that has been in the business for a long time, Goichi Suda —alias Suda51—, has proudly shared that he has completed Tears of the Kingdom 100%.

Suda51 has tweeted that he has 100% completed The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, as we see in the post in question:
The CEO and founder of Grasshopper Manufacture, creator of No More Heroes 3 among many other video games, proudly tweeted that he had managed to get 100% completion of Tears of the Kingdom in “his long summer vacation”. As if that were not enough, he also commented that he obtained the 1,000 Korok Seeds.
Those who have played Tears of the Kingdom will know that completing the game 100% is not something trivial; it requires investing hundreds of hours as we have commented above, and it is not an exaggeration. This percentage is somewhat tricky because it does not advance by completing story missions, but rather is more focused on exploration. The completion percentage in Tears of the Kingdom only advances by doing the following:
- Unlock every Watchtower
- Complete all shrines
- Activate all underground Lightroots
- Obtain every Korok Seed
- Discover all the cave entrances in the map
- Explore every well
- Discover all the chasms that lead to The Depths
- Discover every Zonai Dispenser
- Get every Dragon Tear
- Visit and complete all the Temples
- Reveal all major location icons and each place on the map
The news here is not that Suda51 has achieved 100% of Tears of the Kingdom, nor is it that we are surprised that a developer plays titles from another company, far from it. What is truly newsworthy is that by running his own video game company—and therefore we understand that he is a very busy person—He has managed to get time from where there is none to achieve this feat.
