The fan votes set the lineups, the managers chose the pitchers, and now that the dust has settled, and with the 2023 MLB All-Star Game just over a week away, we can have a look at the full list of baseball’s biggest stars who are taking part.

There are a few interesting developments, particularly the infield, which will see four of the five infield positions fielded by Texas Rangers players. The only exception will be first base, where the Tampa Bay Rays will provide Yandy Díaz’s services.

While the starting pitcher hasn’t been named yet, Nathan Eovaldi is in the rotation and at the moment perhaps the hottest pitcher in either league. Should he get tapped to take the mound, that will see one of the most potent batteries in the game go to work, with Eovaldi joining Jonah Heim.

Another noteworthy stat from this year’s All-Star Game is that it will see 24 players who were born outside of the United States take part. Japan and Canada each have one player in the game, while the Netherlands (Curaçao) will provide two players, Venezuela five, the Dominican Republic seven, and Cuba eight. Additionally, Cincinnati’s Alexis Díaz will represent Puerto Rico, which, while part of the US, is often considered to be “overseas.”

All-Star veterans like Mike Trout and Clayton Kershaw, who are each making their tenth appearance, will be joined by 26 first-timers, including Heim and rookie Josh Jung from that Ranger infield.

Here are the full lineups for each league, including the full roster of pitchers and reserve players.
