For Bryce Harper, a spot in the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown is all but guaranteed—and the Philadelphia Phillies slugger keeps proving it night after night. On this occasion, the two-time MLB MVP belted his 350th career home run, doing so against the Boston Red Sox.

Kyle Schwarber opened the scoring with a two-run homer in the first inning, and Harper followed with his milestone shot off Lucas Giolito. The Phillies’ first baseman crushed a fastball that split the strike zone and sent it 439 feet to right field at Citizens Bank Park.

With the blast, Harper became the youngest player in MLB history to reach 350 home runs, accomplishing the feat at age 32. He’s now the eighth active player to surpass that mark, joining Giancarlo Stanton (434), Mike Trout (395), Paul Goldschmidt (370), Manny Machado (360), Freddie Freeman (353), Aaron Judge, and Nolan Arenado (both with 351).

Harper is also just the 12th player in MLB history to record both 350 home runs and 1,000 walks before turning 33. That exclusive list includes all-time greats like Barry Bonds, Babe Ruth, Mel Ott, Lou Gehrig, and Mickey Mantle.

Born in Las Vegas, Nevada on October 16, 1992, Harper has been a standout since his MLB debut in 2012. The two-time National League MVP has appeared in 1,727 games, maintaining a career batting average of .281 with 1,745 hits in 6,211 at-bats. He has driven in 1,018 runs and struck out 1,600 times.
