Finally, some good news for Yankees’ fans: Countdown to Aaron Judge’s return
The Yankees captain is ready for action again as the team looks to bounce back against the Rangers.

Aaron Judge is all set to return to action for the New York Yankees after suffering a flexor strain in his right elbow caused by a pitch. The Yankees captain had been on the injured list since July 26.

When will Judge return for the Yankees?
Judge will be activated on Tuesday and is expected to be in the lineup for the second game of the series against the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Field – after the Yankees dropped the opener 8–5. Manager Aaron Boone confirmed the news himself.
The No. 99 slugger took some swings Monday at the Yankees’ minor league complex in Tampa, Florida, and is expected to arrive in Arlington, Texas, shortly.
Before his injury, Judge was the frontrunner for what would be his third MVP title, boasting a slash line of .342/.449/.711 with 37 home runs and 85 RBIs.
To make room for their captain, the Yankees will open a spot on the active roster by placing outfielder Austin Slater on the 10-day injured list. Slater left Monday’s game with a tight left hamstring. It was only his second start for the Bronx Bombers since being acquired from the Chicago White Sox.
