Cavs vs Knicks Game 3 odds and predictions: Who is the favorite?

With the series even at a win apiece, Cleveland travels to meet New York in Madison Square Garden for Game 3. We measure the two sides up.

The Knicks have dominated the Cavaliers all season and will look to continue that run as the Eastern Conference First Round Playoff series moves to Madison Square Garden.

Throughout regulation play, the Knicks won three out of four meetings, and while they have split the two games in Cleveland, New York is adamant that their trend is ever upward.

Any time you get a four seed and five seed meeting head to head, the fans are sure of a competitive game and Cleveland in that regard occupies the higher ground.

NBA:

The Knicks come into this game as a 1.5 point favorite and while that is a little tight for comfort, the real story of the game will be whether or not the Cavs can keep their roll going.

Cleveland have won seven of their last ten games and Donovan Mitchell has been smoking hot over that run, posting four 40-plus games in a row. His compatriot Darius Garland is also firing on all cylinders of late and can make things decidedly uncomfortable for the Knicks at the back.

The Knicks have been doing everything right on their end of the court as well, with Josh Hart and RJ Barrett helping them to steal a road win, which in the playoffs is worth its weight in gold.
