Here’s how the NBA Playoffs semifinals are shaping up: teams, matchups & results
The Golden State Warriors secured their spot in the Conference Semifinals of the 2025 NBA Playoffs after winning Game 7 against the Houston Rockets.

With all the first-round matchups in the 2025 NBA Playoffs now complete, the Golden State Warriors sealed their spot in the next round by defeating the Houston Rockets in Game 7 on Sunday.
Playing at the Toyota Center in Houston, Stephen Curry, Jimmy Butler, and Buddy Hield led Steve Kerr’s squad to a hard-fought victory and a ticket to the Conference Semifinals.
Having eliminated the Rockets, the Warriors now turn their attention to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference Semifinals. After getting past players like Fred VanVleet, Amen Thompson, and Dillon Brooks, Curry and company will now face a tougher challenge against a starting lineup featuring Anthony Edwards, Rudy Gobert, and Julius Randle.
