The Denver Nuggets continue their quest for back-to-back championships tonight from Ball Arena. After taking down the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 1 of the first round, they can double their series advantage with a win in the Mile High City before heading West for Game’s 3 and 4.

Nuggets second seed in West

Denver has enjoyed home court advantage in the playoffs dating all the way back to the first round of last season’s postseaso, and this year they will have it until at least the Conference Finals, should they make it that far.

It was a three horse race between the OKC Thunder, Minnesota Timberwolves and Denver Nuggets for the top spot in the Western Conference. At the end of the regular season the Thunder and Nuggets were tied at the top of the table, but because of a tiebreaker that favored OKC the Thunder will have home court if both teams make it to that stage of the tournament.

The Conference Finals are a ways away, and the Nuggets will be focusing only on the Lakers who they are looking to knock out of the playoffs for the second year in a row. Denver landed the opening blow in the first round series with a comfortable win over LA on Saturday night. Tonight they can secure a two game lead before heading to Crypto.com Arena.

Seats still available in Denver

This has the potential to be Denver’s final home game until the second round starts should the Nuggets sweep the Lakers. According to vividseats.com there are still plenty of tickets available for tonight’s game at Ball Arena.

The cheapest tickets you can find are in section 320, row 8 which is up at the top level of the Mile High stadium. The seats amount the rafters will cost you $108, but if you are looking to be a little closer to the action, you can book courtside seats right by the visitors bench. If you want to ge close enough to touch LA coach Darvin Ham will cost you just over $1,500 .

With their Game 1 win, the Nuggets are guaranteed to play at last another game in Ball Arena, and judging by recent history, they win get more than just one more game in the Mile High City after tonight. They went 10-1 at home in the run to their first NBA Championship last year.
