The big day has finally arrived. Game 1 of the 2025 NBA Finals takes place on Thursday, June 5 and tickets to see the Indiana Pacers face off against the Oklahoma City Thunder at Paycom Center are just as expensive as you might imagine.

The fact both the Pacers and the Thunder come from relatively small markets, certainly in comparison to the Los Angeles Lakers, the Boston Celtics or the New York Knicks, has done little to knock down the price of seats for the opening game in Oklahoma City.

When tickets were set for the series, the cheapest available for Game 1 on Thursday were an eye-watering $712 on Tick Pick, a record price for both franchises. The Thunder’s previous highest had come just days earlier in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals against the Minnesota Timberwolves.
As tends to happen, that price has dropped in the run-up to the game, with the last few remaining tickets still to be sold. The cheapest you’ll find on Tick Pick in the hours before the game is now a more “reasonable” $456 (although you have to buy two).
And those are the best priced seats you’ll find anywhere at this late stage in proceedings, with the cheapest available on Game Time ($464), Ticketmaster ($474.70), Seat Geek ($482) and Stub Hub ($483) all marginally pricier at the timer of writing.
