What MLB team does Mavericks’ Luka Doncic support?
Doncic may be a basketball superstar for the Dallas Mavericks, but he’s a fan of the baseball team from the same city, too and not just because he lives there.

The Dallas Mavericks head into Wednesday evening’s game against the Minnesota Timberwolves with their star man battling to stay fit for the series. Luka Doncic has been an inspiration for the Texas team, helping overcome Oklahoma City Thunder in six games to reach this Western Conference finals match-up.

Doncic shares reason for being Rangers fan
The Slovenian All-Star has been a part of the Dallas team since 2018 after playing in Spain for Real Madrid. In a post game interview a while back he was asked if there was anything in the fact that he was wearing a baseball cap of the Major League Baseball team, the Texas Rangers.

“Yeah, I’m a Rangers fan,” Doncic said, but the obvious link to the sports franchise in the same state as his Mavs was mistaken by many, as he soon explained. “Thanks to DK,” he added.
