The NBA All-Star weekend includes the Celebrity Game, where famous faces from different fields show off their skills in basketball. This year, MLB and NFL stars will flex their muscles on the hardcourt, and they will be joined by Grammy Award-winning singers, actors, and comedians.

The celebrities will be divided into Team Ryan and Team Dwyane, named after honorary captains Utah Jazz team governor Ryan Smith and Jazz minority owner and 13-time All-Star Dwyane Wade.

Hall of Famer and eight-time WNBA All-Star Lisa Leslie, rapper Fat Joe, and Alex Bregman of the Houston Astros will coach for team Ryan, which includes MLB legend Albert Pujols, NFL Hall of Famer Calvin Johnson, and singer Kane Brown.

The Antetokounmpo brothers

Milwaukee Bucks star and two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, his brothers Thanasis and Alex Antetokounmpo, and three-time Olympic medal winner Lindsey Vonn will coach for Team Dwyane, which will feature Latino music icon Nicky Jam, tennis star Frances Tiafoe, Marvel’s Shang-Chi star Simu Liu, and Grammy Award-winning rapper 21 Savage.

When is the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game?

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game will tip off at the Jon M. Hunstman Center in Salt Lake City, Utah on Friday, Feb. 17, 2023, at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT. The game will be available to watch exclusively on ESPN, which will also stream the game on the ESPN app.
