Will Anthony Edwards play today for Minnesota against the Memphis Grizzlies?
The Minnesota Timberwolves star is listed on the official injury report ahead of the game this evening.

Anthony Edwards finds himself once again battling physical issues after being listed as ‘questionable’ on the team’s latest injury report for the Minnesota Timberwolves, casting doubt over his availability for Monday night’s game in Memphis.
The setback, officially down as ‘back spasms’, arrives amid a season in which Edwards has already struggled with fitness issues, most notably a persistent toe problem that has cost him multiple games over the past two months.
Edwards has been a force for the Wolves when on the floor, most recently pouring in 33 points in a convincing win over the Grizzlies just hours ago. Still, the recurrence of physical ailments highlights a vulnerability that has dogged him this campaign, with head coach Chris Finch having to frequently juggle his rotations and game plans around the availability of his franchise cornerstone.

Edwards being out with back spasms won’t come as any comfort for Timberwolves fans: they can be unpredictable in terms of how long they keep a player out and how fully symptoms need to subside before returning to top-level competition.
This is not the first time Edwards has hit the injury report this season. The 24-year-old All-Star missed six games earlier due to ongoing foot discomfort; that earlier issue was serious enough to draw significant attention from both coaching staff and medical personnel: “it was news to me”, Finch said at the time when he was told about the surprise issue.
The Wolves enter Monday’s matchup against a Grizzlies side also depleted by injuries, yet that presents no guarantee of an easy night without their All-Star talisman. With the Feburary 5 trade deadline looming, the organisation’s strategy, both on the court and in the front office, may hinge on how effectively Minnesota can manage Edwards’ health down the stretch.
