Where to watch Sunday Selection: How to follow NCAA Tournament show online and on TV
The 2025 NCAA March Madness tournament is almost here. Let’s take a look at how to follow the announcement of who’s made the tourney.

The top-tier sport never stops and 2025’s March Madness schedule is about to get underway, with all the promising talent looking to get into the final four and write their names in the history books.
But first, before we get to March Madness itself, we have to go through Selection Sunday. This is the process by which the 68 teams are selected and its aim is to maintain competitive balance in each region of the bracket.
The power lies in the hands of the 12 members of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Committee, who follow a strict process to determine the March Madness bracket.
How are the March Madness teams chosen?
The Committee, which is made up of conference commissioners and athletic directors, choose the 37 strongest at-large teams that did not earn automatic bids from their conferences and seed all 68 teams to ensure competitive balance across the regions.
When making their picks, aspects such as a team’s strength of schedule, quality of wins, and statistical performance are all taken into account.
