Caitlin Clark, the record-breaking women’s basketball star from Iowa, has not only dazzled fans on the court but also capitalized on the NIL rules. Her journey to stardom began with a significant partnership close to home.

In August 2021, Caitlin Clark reached an agreement with The Vinyl Studio, a Des Moines-based, women-owned screen-printing house. This partnership was her inaugural NIL deal, signed just weeks after student-athletes became eligible to profit from their image and likeness.

The Vinyl Studio, founded in Iowa, collaborated with Clark to release a limited supply of exclusive T-shirts commemorating her on-court success.

But which other brands does Caitlin Clark endorse?

Nike: In late 2022, Caitlin Clark inked a deal with Nike, putting her in the company of sports legends. As a Nike athlete, she joins a prestigious roster of stars across various disciplines.

Gatorade: In December 2023, Clark signed an NIL deal with Gatorade, the renowned energy drink brand. She became the second female collegiate basketball player to partner with the Pepsi-owned sports drink giant, following UConn guard Paige Bueckers.

State Farm: In October 2023, Caitlin Clark entered a long-term NIL deal with State Farm, the insurance firm. She became the first college athlete and female athlete to sign with the company, joining a list of ambassadors that includes Patrick Mahomes and Chris Paul.

Buick: In early March 2023, Buick featured Caitlin Clark in their “See Her Greatness” NIL campaign. The campaign coincided with Iowa’s run to the national championship game, where Clark showcased her greatness.
