NCAA WOMEN'S BASKETBALL

Who is commentating the Michigan - Iowa basketball game on Peacock?

With only eight points needed to break the NCAA women’s all time scoring record, Caitlin Clark has become a hot ticket in Iowa.

Update:

Just eight points separate Caitlin Clark and the history books. The Iowa forward has never scored less than eight in her college career. Combine those two facts, and tonight’s Michigan - Iowa game is definitely must see TV.

Clark won’t be drawn on the issue, however, stating that she is more focused on the game than any record. On the moment that it will inevitably happen, she said, “I hope they don’t stop the game. We can’t be wasting timeouts on that, come on now.”

Ever pragmatic, Clark assures us that she is not oblivious to what is going on. “I understand the magnitude of this. But I think it’s just kind of come along with how my four years have gone. I’m just really thankful and grateful.”
