2023 NFL Pro Bowl: teams, players and rosters for AFC vs NFC

Though much has been made about changes to the format, wi a flag tournament and expandaded skills competition, when all is said and done, it’s still the same old NFL Pro Bowl that we all look forward to. That’s to say that when it comes to the rosters of both conferences, they are created based on the votes of coaches, players and fans.

What’s interesting to note about this year’s Pro Bowl, is that when it comes to team representation, the selections have been very reflective of how the season itself has gone. The Philadelphia Eagles for example, have been arguably the best team across the campaign and are now set to play the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. Fittingly, the Eagles lead the way with eight Pro Bowlers. Right behind them, we’ve got the aforementioned Kansas City Chiefs, as well as the Dallas Cowboys who’ve got seven a piece. Next in line come the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers, each of whom registered six players. In terms of the teams who saw none of their players featured, that would be the Chicago Bears and Jacksonville Jaguars. Note, that some of the players selected won’t actually be playing due to their involvement in the upcoming Super Bowl, injury or an excused absence, which in turn has led to some players being selected as replacements.
