Bears 9-17 Packers summary, stats, scores and highlights | NFL Week 18
GREEN BAY PACKERS CLINCH WILD CARD SPOT
Packers grind out win in Chicago
It wasn't always straightforward, but in the end, the Packers were able to step up and get the job done when it mattered. Squandered opportunities were the theme of the first half, but after the break, the Packers came out and ground the Bears down.
Their 17-9 win marks the tenth year in a row that Green Bay have beaten Chicago in the oldest rivalry in football.
The Packers offense racked up 432 total yards while the Bears were held to just 192 yards. The story of the day though was the Bears going 3-for-11 on third down, and never finding the end zone.
Jordan Love completed 84.4% of his passes for the second highest comp percentage in Packers history, finishing with a 128.6 passer rating. On the ground, Aaron Jones was a beast, with his third straight 100-yard rushing game, getting 111 yards on 22 carries and pulling down five receptions for 30 yards to boot.
For the Bears, this is not only the end of their season but probably also the end of the line for Justin Fields. Although posting a decent 11-of-16 for 148 yards game, it was just the nail in his coffin in Chicago. They have the first draft pick and it is almost certain that they will go for a young quarterback and look to the future.
With this win, the Packers have taken the Wild Card spot, booting the Saints out of the post season. The Packers will now face the Cowboys next week and will need to up their game to trade punches with Dallas' prolific offense.

WELCOME!!!
Welcome to Diario AS USA’s live coverage of Week 18 in the NFL. We bring you one of the most legendary rivalries in professional sports as the Green Bay Packers host the Chicago Bears in what is a do-or-die situation for the Pack, live from Lambeau Field.
For the Packers, there is more than just pride on the line tonight, with a win seeing them make the playoffs. The Bears can make life very unpleasant for Green Bay by handing them a loss. It wouldn't necessarily end their playoff hopes, but it would take it out of their hands forcing them to rely on a trifecta of a Vikings loss, a Seahawks loss, and either a Saints or Bucs loss.
But for Chicago, tonight isn't just all about making things tough on their rival. They have their own playoff hopes and future to consider. A win gets them into the playoffs but in a season that has been dominated by Justin Fields' thumb, they have to make a decision over whether to keep him or look for a new quarterback. Fields is fighting for his job, and the Bears are at a crossroads.
