Since Tom Brady un-retired earlier this off-season and rejoined the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 40 days later, the seven-time Super Bowl champion spoke to the media for the first time on Thursday.

When asked point-blank about the rumors of him possibly joining the Miami Dolphins, Brady didn’t deny there were no conversations held. Instead, he said that he’s had “a lot of conversations with a lot of people, as I’ve had for the past three or four years in my career, about different opportunities when I’m done playing football,” Brady said to reporters Thursday. “I kind of made a decision of what I’d like to do. I’ll get to be in the game of football.

Brady’s commitment is the Bucs

The 44-year-old, who is in the final season of his contract with the Buccaneers, also said that his commitment to his current team is what’s most important.

“The most important thing is where I’m at now and what I hope to do for this team. That’s been my commitment to this team and this organization.”

Brady has his future guaranteed

Amid reports of an ownership role with the Miami Dolphins, Brady joined Fox Sports as lead analyst and No. 1 color commentator for NFL games after his career is to come to an end.

In between, former Bucs coach Bruce Arians announced his retirement and Todd Bowles became the head coach of the Buccaneers. Brady reacted to the news following the announcement.
