Sports Illustrated released a list of this year’s best receivers in the NFC East. The list is made up of six, and since there are four teams in the division, obviously a few are going to make the list from the same team. The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles were the teams to have two receivers each on the list, while only one from the Giants and Commanders made it onto the list.

The Cowboys’ WR2 Brandin Cooks came in at number five on the list behind both Eagles’ receivers. CeeDee Lamb, however, topped the list at number one, and SI’s Randy Gurzi wrote, he’s “clearly the best”. In 2023, Lamb exploded for a league-high 135 receptions and a franchise record 12 touchdowns. He also happened to have the longest reception of the season when he caught a 92-yard touchdown pass from Dak Prescott against the Detroit Lions.

“His numbers already top anything [Eagles’ receiver A.J.] Brown has done in his career, but the spread becomes wider when you throw in his rushing numbers,” writes Gurzi. “In addition to his work as a receiver, Lamb ran the ball 14 times, totaling 113 yards and another two touchdowns.”

They also make note that Lamb accomplished all of this without the kind of help that the Eagles have from their rushing attack.

Here’s the full list of Sports Illustrated’s best wide receivers in the NFC East:

1. Dallas Cowboys’ CeeDee Lamb
2. Philadelphia Eagles’ A.J. Brown
3. Washington Commanders’ Terry McLaurin
4. Philadelphia Eagles’ DeVonta Smith
5. Dallas Cowboys’ Brandin Cooks
6. New York Giants’ Malik Nabers
