The South Division will consist of the Arlington Renegades, Houston Roughnecks, Orlando Guardians and the San Antonio Brahmas. The North Division will feature the D.C. Defenders, Seattle Dragons, St. Louis BattleHawks and the Vegas Vipers.
How much do XFL players make?
Player salaries are limited by XFL bylaws. The training camp lasts five weeks and for each week the athletes receive $800.
The regular season consists of 10 games and players will receive $5,000 for being part of the active roster on game days. Practice squad members will receive $1,500.
Competitiveness is an important factor for the XFL. Therefore, the league established a $1,000 bonus for players on the roster and practice squad for each win in the regular season.

According to Spotrac, there will be bonuses for teams that advance to the playoffs regardless of whether they make it to the championship game. However, the specific amounts have not been announced by the league at this time.
Extra benefits
All players will be insured and have dental, vision and general health coverage. The estimated cost of these benefits is $20,000. Additionally, all players are guaranteed in-season room and board if they stay at the XFL Hub, the league’s base of operations based in Arlington, Texas.
