Is Jason Derulo performing at Super Bowl 2023 after breaking foot?

The Super Bowl is more than a game.
It is a jam-packed week of non-stop parties- including the Bud Light Super Bowl Music Fest, Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Tailgate, and Rolling Stone Live- sponsor events, business meetings, fan zones, and the entertainment world that makes “the big game” what it is today.
While the Kansas City Chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles on Feb. 12 for the ultimate contest, superstar Rihanna will be headlining the Apple Music halftime show at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
Meanwhile, singer Jason Derulo is set to headline the NFL’s TikTok Tailgate party adjoining The Black Keys on Sunday. The “Wiggle” performer, however, sustained a small break and a torn ligament ahead of the show while playing basketball with friends earlier this month.
According to TMZ, the 33-year-old reportedly landed awkwardly on a rival player’s foot and opted against undergoing surgery so close to Super Bowl Sunday. He is instead receiving stem cell injections, which act as a method to speed up recovery time.
Derulo is also believed to be receiving daily physical therapy and is currently using a cane to walk.
While it’s unclear whether the artist will be fully ready ahead of the big day, a source said Derulo is confident he will be able to perform regardless.
