Jayden Daniels and Commanders record incredible win over Bears on the last play of the game

The Commanders beat the Bears having gone behind just before the end of the match. Incredible scenes at Northwest Stadium.

Update:

With just a 25 seconds left on the clock the Washington Commanders who had led the entire game found themselves trailing 15-12 to the Bears, after Johnson snuck over from a yard out.

Daniels’ Hail Mary wins it for the Commanders

A couple of plays took the clock down to just two seconds, and from the distance left rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels’ only option was a Hail Mary. He took the snap and danced around the pocket, missing a number of challenges… before launching an almighty pass that came down just in front of the goal line. Under it was a melee of Commanders and Bears players. The ball came flying off a raised Bears’ arm and flew forwards into the end zone, where Noah Brown was alone to grab it and score the winning touchdown. To say the entire Northwest Stadium erupted would be a major understatement.

Final score: Bears 15 - Commanders 18. And the footage of that touchdown will be seen for many, many years to come.
