Kelce breaks sensational historic record with the Chiefs

Wearing the iconic number 87 jersey for the Chiefs, Kelce became the franchise’s all-time leader in touchdown receptions, surpassing the previous record held by Tony Gonzalez.

With this achievement, Kelce now boasts 77 touchdown receptions, cementing his place as the top receiver in the history of the four-time Vince Lombardi Trophy-winning franchise.

Kelce’s 77 touchdown receptions place him firmly at the top of the Chiefs’ leaderboard, a number that continues to grow. The legendary Tony Gonzalez, who previously held the record with 76 touchdowns, now ranks second, while Otis Taylor occupies third place with 57.

Another historic milestone against the Steelers

In addition to setting the Chiefs’ all-time touchdown record, Kelce achieved another remarkable milestone during the game against the Steelers. In the third quarter, he completed his 1,000th career reception, becoming only the 15th player in NFL history to reach this mark.
