Lamar Jackson gives fans huge hint on injury severity
The Baltimore Ravens quarterback took to social media to give fans hope regarding his recovery.

Ravens fans aren’t laughing about Lamar Jackson’s injury, but he certainly seems to be.
The quarterback recently gave fans hope he is on the road to recovery when he responded to an NFL journalist ramping up the scare-o-meter during a recent broadcast.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter recently revealed that the foot injury sustained by Jackson in a training ground incident might be worse than the franchise is happy to admit.

“It sounds like it was a little bit scarier than the Ravens let on”
“It sounds like it was a little bit scarier than the Ravens let on,” Schefter theorised. “Because they did take X-rays, they did say there were no signs of any broken bones or any issues. ... He didn’t practice [Thursday], second straight day. And look, they don’t have to have Lamar Jackson out there right now, they need him out there for the start of the regular season. So I’d imagine they’ll give that foot a couple of weeks to heal. ”
This message was clearly too much for Jackson to ignore, responding to the post with a laughing emoji — something that will surely lower the heart rate of the Ravens fans.
Lamar Jackson will be much needed for the Ravens in the upcoming campaign after putting out stellar 2024 season stats: he finished with 4,172 passing yards, 41 passing TDs, just 4 INTs and a 119.6 passer rating. He also managed plus 915 rushing yards and 4 rushing TDs, numbers that made him the first ever to hit 4,000/900 in passing/rushing in one year.
