Miami Dolphins 29 vs 32 Buffalo Bills summary: stats and highlights | NFL Week 15
Tyler Bass had his lineman sweep the snow from the spot he indicated, and would go on to win the game with the 25 yard field goal.
You got to give it to Allen, he puts his body on the line and usually dishes out the punishment. Here he did just enough to get over the goal line and tie the game up at 29-29.
Allen threw for 304 yards and had four touchdowns including this one to Dawson Knox on a 6 yard TD.
Miami would take their first lead since early in the fist quarter with these shot to the end zone from 20 yards from Tua to Hill.
Tua dropped a dime into the hands of Jalen Waddle who took it 67 yards to the house.
It's like Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes watch each other every week, and try to one up the other. Allen was in a full out sprint, but looked back to the back of the endzone for James Cook in the back of the end zone.
Right before the half time break, the Dolphins marched down the field and Salvon Ahmed punched it into the end zone from 11 yards out.
On the first play he ran with the offense on Saturday Night, Hines makes the catch out of the backfield and walks into the end zone.
Allen started the Bills' night with a 14 yard TD pass to Quintin Morris in the back of the end zone. He makes these throws on the run look routine but they are anything but routine.

Allen throws a strike to Davis who broke out of his route and came back to help his QB. That pass goes for 15 yards.

What a catch from McKenzie on the sideline as he was diving out of bounds and the play is going to be reviewed after the pass was called incomplete.
Pressure came from Miami and Allen had to get rid of it and that pass falls incomplete. Allen was lucky not the be flagged for grounding.

Mostert runs it to the left side for four yards after the penalty on the punt.

Morestead was crushed by Lewis on the punt and a personal foul roughing the kicker penalty will extend the MIA drive.

The Bills bring the pressure and Jones gets to Tua to drop him for a 7 yard loss.

Tua and the Dolphins start the drive from the 50 and Tua rolls out after the play fake and looked for Sanders down the sideline, but the pass was over thown.

Tua's pass was incomplete to Hill, but a defensive holding call on Jackson will give the Dolphins a free 1st down.

The Dolphins start their drive from inside their 15, and Ahemd gets the handoff out of the shotgun and picks up 9 yards.

The holding penalty and a false start backed the Bills up to 3rd and 17 from the MIA 48, and Allen stepped up in the pocket and had McKenzie down the field but the pass was overthrown by an inch.
4th and long and the punt team comes on after the penalties backed the Bills up.
Allen rolled right, but this time the pressure got to him and he let the pass go but it was incomplete. A holding penalty will back the Bills up 10 yards and give them 3rd and 13.
We have a 3rd and 3 coming up after a three yard run from Cook, and then a 4 yard completion to Diggs gets the Bills down to the MIA 33.
Allen almost fumble the snap, and was under pressure from the start, he rolled out to the left and found Knox down the field for a 21 yard gain.

BUF start their drive from their 25, and Allen with the designed run up the middle and he gets 13 yards on first down.

Waddle was wide open down the middle and then Waddle roasted the secondary on the 64 yard TD.

On 3rd and 4, Tua finds a wide open Waddle on a deep shot over the middle and Waddle turns on the jets and takes it 67 yards for the TD!!
MIA miss out on the two point conversion as Tua overshot Waddle in the back of the endzone, so BUF still lead 21-19.
The Dolphins start their first drive of the second half from their 27 and Mostert gets six yards on the first down run.

After two first half field goals, the Dolphins got into the end zone with Ahmed's 11 yard run but Miami left too much time on the clock.

Tua held on to the ball in the backfield for too long and was dropped by Lawson, who forced the fumble but MIA was able to jump back on the ball and set up a field goal o 4th and long from the BUF 21.

AFC Standings
The Buffalo Bills come into tonight leading the AFC East and sit right behind the Kansas City Chiefs for the top seed in the conference. The Dolphins chances to win the divison have plummeted after back-to-back to the Niners and the Chargers. Miami is still sitting in a Wild Card spot, but a loss tonight would complicate things for the final three weeks.

Needless to say it's chilly in Western New York. Santa Claus should be getting ready for Christmas day but instead he is fooling around in the snow in Buffalo before the game. What I want to wonder is will there be people sitting down in the seats in Highmark Stadium with all that snow blanketing the bleachers.
Bills getting comfy
Don't tell Ed Oliver and the rest of the gang that it's freezing in Buffalo. The Bills are obviously more than used to the cold and the Dolphins are, and they will have to use that to their advantage tonight.
We're not in South Beach anymore
The Dolphins head north to an all too familiar stadium in Buffalo, New York. They make the trip to Western New York every year, but there are some years in which those trips are colder that other. This will count as one of those chilly trips, and Tyreek Hill and the Dolphins slumping offense are going to have a tough time moving the ball tonight in Orchard Park.
Bills last week
Buffalo had to win ugly against the New York Jets last week. The Bills were out gained 309 yards to just 232 yards as Josh Allen and the offense had a dreadful day moving the ball, but the defense forced two second half fumbles that made the difference for the AFC East leaders. Allen did have a rushing TD and a passing TD in the stagnant, chilly game to give Buffalo a two game advantage on the Dolphins coming into tonight’s game.
Dolphins last week
The Miami Dolphins dropped their second straight game last Sunday against the Chargers in LA. After a scoreless first quarter, the Chargers put up 17 points in the second, with a Justin Herbert TD pass to Mike Williams and Austin Ekeler’s TD run to set the tone going into the second half. Miami gained just 219 yards all game, while giving up 432 yards to Herbert and the Chargers in the 23-17 win.

The Bills have rebounded from a midseason slump and are now eyeing the top seed in the AFC and a first round bye in the playoffs.
