In 2023, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, a popular fast-food chain in Texas, opened up a Dallas Cowboys and Post Malone-themed branch in Dallas (2255 W Northwest Highway). Post Malone is one of the most famous celebrity Cowboys fans, having grown up in the area. The entire restaurant is decked out in Post Malone and Cowboys-inspired decor.

The exterior is silver and has images of Post Malone’s tattoos on its walls and the patio has a life-size cup pong seating area. To go through the drive-thru, you pass through a huge Dallas Cowboys star. The interior is lit with glowing blue lights and decorated with Post Malone and early 90s Cowboys memorabilia. Even the bathroom is modeled after a football locker room.

Micah Parsons gets to work at Raising Cane’s

Cowboys star edge rusher Micah Parsons made an appearance at that Raising Cane’s on Tuesday. More than that, he actually put in some work! Parsons was there to film promotional content, but he also served up a few orders to some customers and even worked the cash register for a bit.

“I think this is one of the best Raising Cane’s I’ve ever seen,” Parsons said. “I wouldn’t expect anything else from Posty, though. He’s so awesome, so he definitely needed an awesome store.”

When Parsons was asked which teammate he would choose to help him during the lunch rush, he decided on cornerback Trevon Diggs because “he’s very handsy”. He also said he became obsessed with Raising Cane’s as soon as he tried it for the first time, eating it every single day for a while.

“It got bad,” he said.

Parsons also spoke about the Cowboy season, including their upset at home last weekend to the New Orleans Saints. He said he’s ready to move on and look ahead to this week against the Baltimore Ravens.

“I look at my mistakes, look at how I could have done better, look at how I can lead better, hold myself accountable as I would anyone else,” Parsons said. “That way everyone is on the same playing field, we’re not different. Push my guys throughout the week, wherever I felt like the preparation was off, the detail was off, because we have to fix that and get back to the basic fundamentals.

Parsons also said that he’s excited about this Cowboys team because of its diversity. “We’ve always had a lot of veteran leadership, but now it’s allowing us young guys to step up into those roles and create a new identity for this team,” he said.

The Cowboys will play the Ravens this Sunday, September 22 at 4:25 p.m. ET (3:25 p.m. local time) at AT&T Stadium. You can follow along with the action with our live text commentary, brought to you by yours truly, right here on AS USA.
