By Week 3, after a narrow 38–33 loss to the Commanders, Burrow told backup Jake Browning, “Tough when you play damn near perfect and lose.” The tension hit a peak in Week 15, even after a win, when Burrow snapped at head coach Zac Taylor, saying: “We sucked today. That was embarrassing.”

The documentary subtly reveals a leadership imbalance - Burrow’s intensity outpaces Taylor’s calm, player-friendly approach. The Bengals’ failure to reach the playoffs despite Burrow’s elite play adds to the growing sense that something isn’t working in Cincinnati - and it’s not Burrow’s fault.
