  • When: Sunday, March 15, 2026
  • Time: Live broadcast starts at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT

Where can I watch the 2026 Oscars?

On TV

The Oscars will be broadcast live on ABC. Check your local TV provider for channel details. ABC will air the ceremony through 2028, after which it will move to YouTube.

Streaming options

This year, the Oscars will again be streamed live on Hulu, making it easier than ever to watch from anywhere. Hulu subscribers can stream the ceremony in real time and access it for replay the next day.

Alternatively, the ABC app and website will provide live streaming for those with a cable login.

Who is hosting the 2026 Oscars?

Conan O’Brien will return as host for a second year in a row. The comedian received universal acclaim for his debut appearance in 2025.

“Conan was the perfect host — skillfully guiding us through the evening with humor, warmth and reverence,” said Bill Kramer, CEO of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and Janet Yang, the group’s president, in a statement.

What can I expect from the 2026 Oscars?

Ryan Coogler’s vampire drama “Sinners” and Paul Thomas Anderson’s black comedy "One Battle After Another," starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Sean Penn, will go head-to-head for several top prizes.

DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke (Blue Moon), Timothée Chalamet (Marty Supreme), Michael B. Jordan (Sinners), Jessie Buckley (Hamnet), and Emma Stone (Bugonia) are among the stars being tipped for individual success.

Which movies have the most Oscar nominations?

“Sinners” has received 16 nominations, breaking the all-time Oscar record, which had been anticipated. “One Battle After Another” is close behind on 13, while “Marty Supreme,” “Frankenstein,” “Sentimental Value” and “Hamnet” are all up for multiple prizes.
