NFL Draft 2022: LA Rams hit fans with Hollywood trailer ‘On the clock’
As if the annual National Football League draft is not enough in itself, the Los Angeles franchise is going big for their supporters.
“On one of football’s biggest nights – the NFL Draft – Los Angeles Rams Owner/Chairman E. Stanley Kroenke assembles his team to infiltrate the high-profile affair in Sin City and do what they – and no one else – do the best: steal the draft.”
That’s the description that accompanies the short film that has been created ahead of the 2022 draft to throw Rams fans into a frenzy.
Think Ocean’s 11, but this time instead of Clooney, Pitt and co. they brought on Dennis Quaid (Kroenke), Josh Holloway (GM Les Snead), Scott Eastwood (Sean McVay) and Tyrese Gibson (Raheem Morris).
The film wouldn’t be complete without some of the players themselves so Matthew Stafford, Cooper Kupp, Tyler Higbee, Terrell Burgess and Aaron Donald.
Of course, Hollywood is something rather familiar to the team - see above as a reminder of what was done to the famous sign - and their followers will be hoping for another exciting push towards another championship this year, despite trading away their top draft picks last year, something covered in the trailer.
