The Pittsburgh Steelers went into Cleveland needing a win to secure the AFC North title but the the Browns shut Pittsburgh down and pulled off the upset.
Pittsburgh could seal their place in the playoffs on Sunday - a win will be enough for Mike Tomlin‘s men (9-6), who head to Cleveland on the back of three straight victories (against the Ravens, Dolphins and Lions). A positive result would also allow the Steelers to clinch the division.
It’s been a very different story for the Browns, who are bottom of the AFC North with just three wins this season - the most recent, against the Raiders over a month ago. Whatever happens this weekend, it will be another fruitless season for Cleveland who have made it to the post season only twice in 23 years - eliminated both times in the Wild Card round in 2020 and 2023.
