Taylor Swift surprises as she chugs a beer on the jumbotron at Super Bowl 2024

Plenty of cameras are on Taylor Swift during the incredibly exciting Super Bowl LVIII game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs.

The singer touched down after making the long journey from Japan to Las Vegas in order to be back in time for the game to see her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, the tight end for the side led by Andy Reid.

While sat in her exclusive box with her select few friends and acquaintances, the jumbotron camera caught Swift with what appeared to be a beer in her hand. As is customary when the jumbotron picks you out and pops you on the screen in front of everyone to see, Swift duly obliged and saw off the remainder of her drink to a resounding applause from the crowd.

‘Look what you made me do’, she might have said to the camera operator. The NFL’s Twitter account simply went with the word ‘Icon’, highlighting the awe the world currently has for the singer as she parades around the world to her adoring fans.

Swift is expected to promptly fly back to Asia where she will continue her February leg of the Eras Tour, which will see her fly south to Australia. She won’t stop there, as Singapore is after that, before she embarks on a much-anticipated European stint. For now, however, she’s feeling at home as Travis Kelce tries to help his side win yet another Super Bowl.
