SUPER BOWL 2023

The difference between Chiefs and Eagles fans

When fans at the Super Bowl were asked if they had something to say to the fans on the opponent’s side, the responses were quite different for each team.

Draft Kings posted a video to social media in which a reporter asked Eagles and Chiefs fans if they had anything to say to the fans of the opponent’s team and the responses were quite different.

Polite Chiefs vs aggressive Eagles

In the video, a reporter asks Chiefs fans first if they have anything to say to the Eagles fans. A woman replies, “I hope they have a nice time out there, because the Chiefs are going to win!” It was a sweet reply but still let them know that the Eagles are going to lose.

Meanwhile, the Eagles fan they asked had quite a different vibe when asked the same question about the Chiefs.

“You have no idea the Hell that’s about to be unleashed,” said the Eagles fan. “Patrick Mahomes, you’re going to be running for your life. Andy Reid, you know you can prepare a team, but you know you’re going to run out of timeouts in the third quarter and we’re going to run the ball out. 31-24 Eagles. Super Bowl and parade on Thursday! See you Thursday.”

To be fair, that was a pretty direct comment to Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid rather than Chiefs fans in general, but either way, the contrast is quite funny between the polite Chiefs fan and the aggressive Eagles fan.

Let’s see if this Eagles fan’s prediction comes true. Kickoff is in just over an hour! Follow along with our live text coverage right here on AS USA.
