Despite this disheartening tally, they sit at the top as leaders of the NFC South. This is because all the other teams in the division- the Carolina Panthers, New Orleans Saints and the Atlanta Falcons, have logged even more losses than the Buccaneers, all of them with an identical 5-9 count.
Brady’s first losing season
Brady, who has had his worst start to the season in 20 years, has acknowledged the struggles that he and his team are going through.
“Unfortunately we’ve had a very tough year, but we’ve learned from it and we’re trying to be better every day to achieve that goal,” said TB12.
The Bucs still have a ticket to the playoffs in their hands, but they need to hold onto the division lead for the remaining three weeks of play.
