Tom Brady to call Cowboys vs Lions game Week 6
Tom Brady and the FOX Sports crew will be back in Dallas again for Week 6 to announce the Cowboys vs Detroit Lions game this Sunday.
The Dallas Cowboys will play their Week 6 game at home against the Detroit Lions on Sunday. After winning all their regular-season home games last season, Dallas lost in the first round of the playoffs and has lost both home games this season so far. Dak Prescott and the Cowboys will be looking to get back to their winning ways at AT&T Stadium this week against Jared Goff and the Lions.

Calling that game will be former NFL quarterback and current FOX Sports commentator Tom Brady alongside play-by-play announcer Kevin Burkhardt. Brady is already pretty familiar with calling Cowboys games by now as he called their first three against the Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints, and Baltimore Ravens.
His next two weeks were spent calling the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ 33-16 win against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 4, and the Arizona Cardinals’ 24-23 win over the San Francisco 49ers in Week 5.
During his first-ever game as an announcer, Brady came off quite awkward and clunky, but he’s since improved after five weeks. Fans particularly seem to like his enthusiastic reactions to big plays.
This is Brady’s first year announcing after 23 years of playing in the NFL and he’s now the highest-paid broadcaster in history after signing a 10-year, $375 million deal with FOX.
The Cowboys vs Lions game will kick off this Sunday, October 13 at 4:25 p.m. ET from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX. You can catch all the action with our live text coverage brought to you by yours truly right here on AS USA.
