Viral foul-mouthed Eagles fan fired after harassing Packers fan
Social media went wild when a video showing the newly unemployed Eagles fan going beyond the pale at a Packers fan last week.

During the Eagles’ 22-10 Wild Card win over the Packers, a troubling incident unfolded in the stands. Ryan Caldwell, an Eagles fan, was caught on video hurling offensive language at a female Packers supporter. He called her an “ugly dumb c**t,” a moment that quickly spread across social media.
The woman, attending the game with her fiancé, tried to ignore the abuse. Her fiancé, Alexander Basara, recorded the encounter and shared it online, expressing his frustration over the unprovoked attack.
UPDATE: The #Eagles organization and Big Dom have identified the vile Eagles fan who berated a visiting Packers fan on Sunday. He has officially been banned for life from attending games, and the team is also sending the woman Packers gear as an apology.

The backlash was swift. BCT Partners, a consulting firm focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion, identified Caldwell as one of their project managers. They conducted an internal investigation and decided to terminate his employment. In their statement, they condemned his behavior as vile and unacceptable, emphasizing that it contradicted their core values.
The Philadelphia Eagles organization also took action. They identified Caldwell and issued a permanent ban, preventing him from attending future events at Lincoln Financial Field. Additionally, they reached out to the harassed fan, offering official Packers merchandise as an apology.
This incident has sparked a broader conversation about fan behavior at sporting events. While spirited support is part of the game, personal attacks and harassment cross a line that many believe should not be tolerated.
