No team provokes Tom Brady quite like his NFC South rivals, the New Orleans Saints.

Since joining Tampa Bay in 2020, the quarterback hasn’t been able to crack The Bless You Boys, and Sunday’s Week 2 showdown was proof of just that.

As he struggled for the first three quarters of the matchup, Brady’s frustrations were visible, particularly at two moments. Firstly, he was seen throwing his tablet device at the ground while on the sideline in what was the second time against the Saints, after the Buc’s 9-0 loss last December.

Secondly, the 45-year-old helped ignite a physical confrontation during the fourth quarter of the matchup at Caesars Superdome that led to the ejections of Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore and Bucs receiver Mike Evans.

It was clear that Brady still carries remorse from the four consecutive regular-season losses against New Orleans.

Brady helped Bucs win post brawl

Following the skirmish, Brady threw a go-ahead touchdown pass to Breshad Perriman that helped lift the Buccaneers to a 20-10 victory over the Saints in a close defensive struggle.

Unfortunately for the QB though, Brady was warned by the the NFL before if he threw another tablet, so he knows to expect a fine from the league sometime soon.

Now the oldest player in the league, Brady finished 18 of 34 for 190 yards and the lone TD in Sunday’s matchup.
