When does the 2024 NFL regular season begin? Start date, week one schedule

With the 2024 regular season months away the NFL have released the full schedule for week 1 with the Chiefs playing against the Ravens.

The 2024 NFL season is just around the corner, with all eyes set on the Baltimore Ravens and the Kansas City Chiefs kicking off Thursday, Sept. 5 in Kansas. In addition, this year the Super Bowl is scheduled to be played on February 9, 2025, at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

NBC will be broadcasting live the match-up at Arrowhead Stadium between the Ravens and the Chiefs, which will start at 8:20 p.m. However, coverage will begin at 7 p.m. This year NFL fans outside of the US will be able to enjoy more international games than before, a total of 5. Week one will have Green Bay face the Philadelphia Eagles in São Paulo, Brazil.

In addition to the regular NFL games, there will be more international games this year. The NFL is expanding its reach by hosting its first-ever game in South America. Three games will be played in London, and the league will conclude with a Munich matchup in Week 10.
