As the NFL regular season wrapped up, we now know which teams have earned their place in the playoffs. However, this past weekend’s games also determined the fate of a few more teams who were in the bubble. The playoffs begin this weekend for the teams that made the cut, but unfortunately, some teams are officially out of contention.

These include the New York Jets, Jacksonville Jaguars, Cincinnati Bengals, Carolina Panthers, Atlanta Falcons, Denver Broncos, and some more. These teams were eliminated at different points in the season, with the Carolina Panthers and the Arizona Cardinals being one of the first to be officially out of the running back in Weeks 13 and 15. While these teams won’t have a chance to compete for a Super Bowl title, they will still have the opportunity to regroup and prepare for next season.
