But there are injuries to contend with, and one of those applies to Jalen Royals. Not unexpectedly, given Andy Reid’s previous comments, the Chiefs have confirmed that the rookie wide receiver is not traveling to South America, declared OUT for the season opener.

What injury does Jalen Royals have?
Royals missed practice sessions this week as tendinitis in his knee continues to cause discomfort. Given Rashee Rice is suspended for the first six games, Royals will want to be fit for the next matchup – at home to the Philadelphia Eagles – to look for opportunities, with competition from Xavier Worthy, Hollywood Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster.
