Will Travis Kelce’s mom be in a suite with Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl or in the stands?
With the Super Bowl right around the corner, we take a look at where Kelce’s mom will watch her son shine in Las Vegas.
Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna, has dropped a hint on whether or not she’s going to be sharing a premium view with Taylor Swift for Sunday’s Super Bowl between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.
Mother of both Travis and Jason, Donna was unsure of whether or not she had a seat guaranteed in the pricey seats of the premium areas at Allegiant Stadium, saying that “you can understand that the boxes in Vegas are multi-million dollars,” Donna, until now, has sat with Travis’ girlfriend Taylor Swift at his previous games.
“So I have a feeling I’m not in a box”, she continued, “I have a feeling I’m in the stands. As far as I know I’m in the stands with everybody else because it is a pricey Super Bowl”.
‘I’m going to probably be in the stands,’
“I know I’m going to be there,” Donna confirmed regarding her presence at the event which will see the Kansas City Chiefs look to scoop up their second consecutive Super Bowl. “And I know I’m going to probably be in the stands, so we’ll see what happens.”
Kelce’s mom has been witness to the huge surge in popularity for the NFL since her son’s relationship to global megastar Taylor Swift went public. “All I can tell you is that the NFL is laughing all the way to the bank”, she said regarding the commercial success the sport has had since the influx of Swifties have joined the gridiron bandwagon, you know what I’m saying? Good for them.”
“They’re getting the ramifications of everything. I can tell you this, that they’ve told me personally that the Kelce family has done more good PR for football than they could have paid a $1 million to a PR firm.”
As for Taylor Swift’s presence, this is where the story goes from mildly interesting to quite Black Mirror insane, a bit like those Apple Vision Pro people. The songwriter is set to play in Japan on that very day, before shooting off on a private jet to Las Vegas, where she will indeed be present at Allegiant Stadium for the game. What made it Black Mirror-y was the fact that the Japanese Embassy actually wrote out a Swift pun-infused statement on just how she can indeed make the game.
