Will Tyreek Hill and Tua Tagovailoa play for Dolphins against Browns in Week 17?
Fans have been biting their nails over the fitness of the star duo ahead of Week 17.
The fitness of both Tyreek Hill and Tua Tagovailoa has been questioned ahead of the Miami Dolphins' Week 17 game in the 2024 NFL season, with both players suffering physical issues over the festive period.
It’s not been a great season for the Dolphins so far, with 7 wins and 8 losses meaning that their postseason hopes do not lie in their own hands.
They sit second in the AFC East, behind the rampant Bills who have lost just 3 times all season.
What injury does Tua Tagovailoa have?
The 26-year-old is suffering from a hip injury, an issue that has plagued his career since way back in 2019. Reports suggest that Tua has been trying hard in an attempt to make it in time for the game, but that has not stopped the Dolphins officially downgrading him to ‘doubtful’ in the hours leading up to the action; Tyler Huntley will get the start if Tua cannot feature.
What injury does Tyreek Hill have?
Hill’s situation, on the other hand, looks a lot more positive than Tagovailoa’s. A wrist issue had the medical staff on tenterhooks earlier in the week but the latest reports suggest that he will be in line to play against the Browns when kick-off comes around.
Jaylen Waddle is a player who is unlikely to feature for the Dolphins as he continues his recovery of a knee injury.
The Dolphins and Browns play at Huntington bank Field with kick-off at 4:05 p.m. ET.
